Why am I hosting a Sacred Cacao Ceremony? I love bringing people together to have some fun and nurture themselves. Self-care is important for our emotional and mental health. By filling up our own cup, we are able to shine a little brighter!

 What is a Sacred Cacao Ceremony? Combining chocolate and spirituality might sound strange, but raw cacao has been used as a plant medicine in Sacred Ceremonies for over 5000 years. The Mayans and Aztecs called it the "the food of the Gods" or "black gold".

 Ceremonial cacao is raw unprocessed cacao, which is sugar and dairy-free. Besides being a superfood, Cacao is a powerful Plant Medicine that helps us to release emotional blockages that no longer serve us. Cacao ceremony calms the mind and reconnects us to feelings of peace, love, and creativity. It shows us the way forward if we feel stuck or need courage to make the necessary life changes to move on.
